For the second time, CoCreate Humanity is delighted to welcome Corinne Boulad for a webinar that resonates strongly with the current feelings of many humanitarian colleagues.
THE TOPIC
In this webinar, Corinne explores the mechanisms behind the phenomenon of "disenchantment" or loss of meaning that affects many humanitarian professionals. She examines the roots of this issue, looking at both individual behaviors and the broader culture of the sector.
Key themes addressed include:
Maintaining perspective: How to keep a high-level view during assignments despite being totally immersed in an environment where boundaries between life and work often disappear.
Self-reflection: How to check in with oneself, even in a sector that typically encourage overwork and self-sacrifice.
Conscious evolution: How to question one's motivations throughout a career path to evolve intentionally rather than simply following available opportunities.
Demystifying the environment: How to view the professional sector realistically without losing enthusiasm or motivation, thereby preventing disillusionment.
Corinne addresses these questions by inviting participants to take responsibility for their own wellbeing to navigate with clarity this new humanitarian era.
