CoCreate Humanity (CCH) will have the pleasure of welcoming two great personalities to open its concert on Saturday 4 March at the Rosey Concert Hall.
The opening speech will start at 7pm, with Line Pillet and Gilles Carbonnier alongside Hélène Ros, Sébastien Couturier and Christoph Hensch, the three co-founders.

Actrice du changement, architecte et artisane d’une économie plus inclusive et durable, Line Pillet s’engage en faveur du développement et du bien-être global des femmes entrepreneures et dirigeantes en favorisant les rencontres et échanges d’expérience entre pairs où chacune peut partager librement ses aspirations et préoccupations sans craindre d’être jugée ou mise sous la pression de solutions toutes faites.
Présidente de l’Association Femmes PME Suisse romande qui réunit près de 450 femmes indépendantes, propriétaires et dirigeantes de PME dans les 6 cantons romands, Line Pillet est également membre fondatrice du Cercle Suisse des Administratrices (CSDA), membre de la communauté ACAD (Académie des administrateurs-trices) et de l’Association European Women on Boards (EWOB).
Très impliquée dans la formation, Line Pillet est l’une des chevilles ouvrières du Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en gestion de PME qui, depuis 2015, a permis à plusieurs centaines d’entrepreneurs et cadres dirigeant-e-s d’obtenir une reconnaissance professionnelle par la validation de leur expérience de terrain.
Consciente que les clés d’une économie plus inclusive et responsable sont dans les mains des jeunes générations, Line Pillet accompagne également des étudiant-e-s dans leur parcours entrepreneurial en tant que professeure et directrice de l’Institut Entrepreneuriat & Management à la HES-SO Valais- Wallis.
Depuis 2023, Line Pillet s’engage à faire connaître l’Association CoCreate Humanity (CCH), une communauté de pairs humanitaires qui soutient les travailleurs humanitaires en souffrance et qui collabore avec un large réseau de professionnels de la santé mentale et du bien-être psychosocial en Suisse et à l’international. CoCreate Humanity fournit et promeut des solutions intégrales, psychosociales et holistiques pour des travailleurs humanitaires en bonne santé à travers le monde.
Agent of change, architect and craftswoman of a more inclusive and sustainable economy, Line Pillet is committed to the development and overall well-being of women entrepreneurs and leaders by promoting meetings and exchanges of experience between peers where each can freely share their aspirations and concerns without fear of being judged or pressured into ready-made solutions.
President of the Association Femmes PME Suisse romande, which brings together nearly 450 independent women, owners and managers of SMEs in the 6 French-speaking cantons, Line Pillet is also a founding member of the Cercle Suisse des Administratrices (CSDA), a member of the ACAD community (Academy directors) and the European Women on Boards Association (EWOB).
Very involved in training, Line Pillet is one of the linchpins of the federal certificate of specialist in SME management which, since 2015, has enabled several hundred entrepreneurs and executives to obtain professional recognition by the validation of their field experience.
Aware that the keys to a more inclusive and responsible economy are in the hands of younger generations, Line Pillet also supports students in their entrepreneurial journey as professor and director of the Institut Entrepreneuriat & Management at the HES-SO Valais-Wallis.
Since 2023, Line Pillet has been committed to raising awareness of the association CoCreate Humanity (CCH), a community of humanitarian peers that supports suffering humanitarian workers and collaborates with a large network of mental health and psychosocial well-being professionals in Switzerland and abroad. CoCreate Humanity provides and promotes integral, psychosocial and holistic solutions for healthy humanitarian workers around the world.
GILLES CARBONNIER

Gilles Carbonnier est né en 1965. Gilles Carbonnier est né en 1965. Titulaire d'un doctorat en économie politique de l'Université de Neuchâtel, il a travaillé dans trois domaines principaux au cours des trente dernières années : l'économie du développement, l'action humanitaire et le commerce international
Depuis 2007, M. Carbonnier est professeur d'économie du développement à l'Institut de hautes études internationales et du développement (IHEID), où il a également assumé les fonctions de directeur des études et de président du Centre d'enseignement et de recherche en action humanitaire. Spécialisé dans l'économie politique des conflits armés, il a pour autres sujets d'étude la coopération internationale et les enjeux de développement liés aux matières premières. Son dernier ouvrage, paru en 2016 chez Hurst et Oxford University Press, s'intitule Humanitarian Economics. War, Disaster and the Global Aid Market.
Avant de rejoindre l'IHEID, M. Carbonnier a travaillé plusieurs années pour le CICR : d'abord sur le terrain entre 1989 et 1991 (en Irak, en Éthiopie, à El Salvador et à Sri Lanka), puis au siège en tant que conseiller économique entre 1999 et 2006. De 1992 à 1996, il a mené, pour le compte du Secrétariat d'Etat suisse à l'économie, des négociations commerciales internationales et des programmes de coopération pour le développement.

Gilles Carbonnier was born in 1965. He holds a doctorate in economics from the University of Neuchâtel and has worked in three main fields over the past 30 years: development economics, humanitarian action and international trade.
Since 2007, Dr Carbonnier has been a professor of development economics at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, where he also served as director of studies and president of the centre for Education and research in Humanitarian Action. His expertise is in international cooperation, the economic dynamics of armed conflict, and the nexus between natural resources and development. His latest book, published by Hurst and Oxford University Press in 2016, is entitled Humanitarian Economics: War, Disaster and the Global Aid Market.
Prior to joining the Graduate Institute, Gilles spent several years with the ICRC: he worked in the field from 1989 to 1991 as head of subdelegation in Ethiopia and Iraq and as a delegate in Sri Lanka and El Salvador, then at headquarters from 1999 to 2006 as an economic adviser. He was on the board of directors for Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Switzerland from 2007 to 2012.
Between 1992 and 1996, he was in charge of international trade negotiations (GATT/WTO) and development cooperation programmes for the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs.
