RENCONTRE AVEC LE GROUPE AACCES : STÉPHANIE CAHN ET JEAN-MICHEL CLAIR
CoCreate Humanity (CCH) a vécu des journées absolument incroyables et une semaine marathon du 10 au 14 janvier dans la capitale française.
Nous avons rencontré nos partenaires du groupe AACCES basé à Niamey, au Niger, et de nos longs échanges, il en est sorti de très belles perspectives communes.
L'intention du Centre de formation AACCES est d'œuvrer aux côtés des meilleurs spécialistes qui travaillent avec CoCreate Humanity (CCH) afin d'offrir aux acteurs de l'action humanitaire et du développement des prestations d'accompagnement de très haute qualité.
CoCreate Humanity (CCH) et AACCES proposeront à compter du 15 mars 2023 un module de formation spécifique de 8 heures destiné aux staffs nationaux et internationaux où les thèmes du stress, de l'épuisement professionnel et du trouble de stress post-traumatique (TSPT) seront abordés. Des outils seront mis à disposition des stagiaires afin qu'ils puissent faire face à ces problématiques.
Quelque soit le lieu de projection, souvent difficile voir hostile, les humanitaires et leurs familles ne sont pas épargnés par le stress et les traumatismes engendrés par des missions qui se veulent de plus en plus complexes. L'avenir d'un lieu de travail plus sûr dépend de la volonté des organisations à montrer aux nouvelles générations de travailleurs qu'elles sont mieux préparées à les protéger et à les soutenir.
CoCreate Humanity (CCH) had absolutely incredible days and a marathon week from 10 to 14 January in the French capital.
We met our partners from the AACCES group based in Niamey, Niger, and from our long exchanges, very good common perspectives emerged.
The intention of the AACCES Training Center is to work alongside the best specialists who work with CoCreate Humanity (CCH) in order to offer actors in humanitarian action and development very high quality support services.
CoCreate Humanity (CCH) and AACCES will offer from 15 March 2023 a specific 8-hour training module for national and international staff where the themes of stress, burnout and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) will be addressed. Tools will be made available to trainees so that they can deal with these issues.
Whatever the screening location, which is often difficult or even hostile, humanitarian workers and their families are not spared the stress and trauma caused by increasingly complex missions. The future of a safer workplace depends on organizations wanting to show new generations of workers that they are better prepared to protect and support them.

Ensemble, nous organiserons des ateliers d'expression par le théâtre pour le personnel humanitaire, les personnels d'urgence et médical de Paris.

Toute l'équipe de Solidarités International a fait un remarquable travail logistique pour l'organisation des portes ouvertes de l'association du mercredi 11 janvier. Nous avons assistés au voeux 2023 du Président (Antoine Peigney) et du Directeur Général (Kévin Goldberg) dans une ambiance bienveillante et conviviale !
CoCreate Humanity (CCH) a également eu le plaisir de rencontrer et d’échanger longuement avec Alain Boinet, Fondateur de Solidarités International et de revoir Boris Martin, rédacteur de Alternatives Humanitaires.
Antoine Peigney sera aux côtés de CoCreate Humanity pour le discours d'ouverture au concert de musique classique du Rosey Concert Hall du samedi 4 mars.
The Solidarités International team did a remarkable logistical job for the organization of the association's open house on Wednesday 11 January. We attended the 2023 wishes of the President (Antoine Peigney) and the Director General (Kévin Goldberg) in a benevolent and friendly atmosphere!
CoCreate Humanity (CCH) also had the pleasure of meeting and discussing at length with Alain Boinet, Founder of Solidarités International and seeing again Boris Martin, editor of Humanitarian Alternatives.
Antoine Peigney will be alongside CoCreate Humanity for the opening speech at the classical music concert at the Rosey Concert Hall on Saturday 4 March.

Notre amie et bénévole Sophie Zermatten et Laurence ont échangé de belles idées pour parler des travailleurs humanitaires en souffrance et une future co-création se dessine. La vie est faite d’opportunités qu’il faut savoir créer !

CoCreate Humanity (CCH) et FD Consultants finissent la semaine avec beaucoup d’émotions !
La Croix-Rouge française (CRf) confirme officiellement notre collaboration de projet de mise en place d'un parcours de formation sur les premiers secours psychosociaux et soutien par les pairs, ainsi que d’autres thématiques relatives à la santé mentale et au bien-être psychosocial.
La formation pilote aura lieu durant le deuxième trimestre 2023 au siège de la CRf. Nous remercions infiniment Keiko Cornale et Dominique Graziotin pour leur confiance et l’énergie déployée pour l’ensemble des employés de l’organisation. Nous avons tant à bâtir ensemble.

CoCreate Humanity (CCH) and FD Consultants end the week with a lot of emotions!
The French Red Cross (FRC) officially confirms our project collaboration to set up a training course on psychosocial first aid and peer support, as well as other topics relating to mental health and psychosocial well-being.
The pilot training will take place during the second quarter of 2023 at the headquarters of the CRf. We sincerely thank Keiko Cornale and Dominique Graziotin for their trust and the energy deployed for all the employees of the organization. We have so much to build together.
