CoCreate Humanity (CCH) est une association qui a été fondée à Genève, en Suisse en août 2019. Les trois cofondateurs à l'origine de l'association sont Hélène Ros, Christoph Hensch et Sébastien Couturier, tous les trois issus du Comité international de la Croix-Rouge (CICR). En mars 2024, une page de l'association se tourne avec le départ de deux des trois cofondateurs laissant place à une nouvelle équipe qui consolide aujourd'hui l'initiative de CoCreate Humanity.

CoCreate Humanity (CCH) is an association founded in Geneva, Switzerland in August 2019. The three co-founders behind the association are Hélène Ros, Christoph Hensch and Sébastien Couturier, all three from the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). In March 2024, a new chapter began for the association with the departure of two of the three co-founders, paving the way for a new team that continues to strengthen the CoCreate Humanity initiative.

L'initiative | The initiative

CoCreate Humanity est une communauté de pairs humanitaires qui fournit et promeut des solutions intégrales, psychosociales et holistiques pour les travailleurs humanitaires, en Suisse et à l’international. L’association articule son action autour de trois piliers :

• le soutien psychosocial par la pair-aidance humanitaire,

• le plaidoyer et la sensibilisation par le biais de l’art et de la musique,

• la professionnalisation de la pair-aidance humanitaire, afin de faire émerger le métier de pair-aidant humanitaire (PAH) et de créer le premier lieu de réhabilitation psychosociale pour les humanitaires blessés psychiques en Suisse.

 

CoCreate Humanity is a community of humanitarian peers that provides and promotes comprehensive, psychosocial, and holistic solutions for humanitarian workers in Switzerland and internationally. The association structures its work around three main pillars:  

• psychosocial support through humanitarian peer support,

• advocacy and awareness-raising through art and music,

• and the professionalization of humanitarian peer support, with the aim of establishing the profession of Humanitarian Peer Supporter (HPS) and creating the first psychosocial rehabilitation center for humanitarian workers with psychological injuries in Switzerland.
